Silk Veil is based in Toronto, Canada. We offer online shopping, worldwide shipping, and local pickup from our Etobicoke location.
How long does order processing take?
Orders are carefully prepared within 24–48 hours before shipment. Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.
Do you ship within Canada?
Yes. We offer FREE shipping on orders of $99 CAD or more. Orders below $99 CAD have a $5 CAD shipping fee. Estimated delivery is 3–9 business days.
Do you ship to the United States?
Yes. We offer FREE U.S. shipping on orders of $159 USD or more. Orders below $159 USD have a $9 USD shipping fee. Estimated delivery is 4–8 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! 🌎 We ship worldwide. FREE international shipping is available on orders of $159 USD or more. Standard international shipping below $159 USD is $15 USD. Delivery estimates vary depending on the shipping service and destination.
Will I have to pay customs or duties?
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other local charges. These are determined by the destination country and are the customer’s responsibility where applicable.
Can I pick up my order in Toronto?
Yes. Local pickup is available from our Etobicoke, Toronto location. Orders are generally ready within 24 hours. Please wait for your pickup confirmation before arriving.
What is your return policy?
Eligible clothing, including abayas, may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, with tags attached and in their original condition and packaging. Please contact us before sending a return.
Can hijabs be returned or exchanged?
For hygiene reasons, hijabs are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, except where required by applicable consumer law or if the item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for eligible returns and exchanges. If you received an incorrect, damaged or defective item due to an error on our part, please contact us so we can assist you.
How do I choose my abaya size?
Our abayas are generally sized by length. Please refer to the Silk Veil Size Guide before ordering. If you’re unsure, contact us and we’ll be happy to help you choose.
What size are Silk Veil hijabs?
Sizing can vary by collection. The exact dimensions are listed in each hijab’s product description—for example, many of our hijabs are approximately 180 × 70 cm.
