Return & Refund Policy

At Silk Veil, we want you to feel confident with your purchase. We offer a 14-day return or exchange policy on eligible items, meaning you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange.

Returns & Exchanges

Abayas and other eligible clothing items may be returned or exchanged provided they are unworn, unused, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Hijabs – Final Sale

For hygiene reasons, all hijabs are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Gift cards and items clearly marked as Final Sale are also non-returnable.

How to Request a Return

To request a return or exchange, please contact us at silkveil.ca@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please do not send your item back before contacting us. Once your return request has been reviewed and approved, we will email you with return instructions and the return address.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping eligible returns or exchanges back to Silk Veil.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Silk Veil cannot be responsible for return packages that are lost in transit.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged or defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at silkveil.ca@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Once reviewed and approved, we will arrange the appropriate resolution. If the item is confirmed to be defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect due to an error on our part, Silk Veil will cover the applicable return shipping cost.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your approved return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional processing time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.

Exchanges

Eligible clothing items may be exchanged within the 14-day period, subject to availability.

Customers are responsible for applicable return and reshipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

European Union Orders

Where applicable, customers in the European Union may have additional cancellation or return rights under applicable consumer-protection laws. These statutory rights apply in addition to this policy where required by law.
